Messy Hands is delighted to offer this brand new training for Infant and SEN teachers; Developing Aistear; Practical and interactive training for classroom teachers.

Developing Aistear is a practical, interactive and classroom focused CPD. It offers lots of exciting ideas for developing play centred learning in a child led classroom. The main aim is to leave you excited, confident and full of ideas.

The jam packed day will focus of four main areas of interest;
• Practical tips for Aistear in the classroom
• Creative ideas for Aistear
• Developing the outdoor classroom
• Aistear planning and assessment

You will receive training from Esther O’Sullivan, creator of Messy Hands Ltd who is an expert in Messy Play, teacher and parent.

Developing Aistear will examine how best to use the spaces and resources available in your school setting. We will also provide alternative ways of planning Aistear time and activities. In addition you will try out recipes and materials that you may not have consider using before. All with the aim of providing children more freedom to play, explore and experiment.

All resources and equipment will be provided plus you will take home all the recipes you have created. You will also receive a Messy Hands recipe book and a certificate.

NB This CPD cannot be used for EPV days
