Messy Play Training offers practical, hands on, Aistear focused training for childcare professionals.
DOUGLAS COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION HALL, CHURCH ROAD on Monday 24th September at 7.30pm till 9.30pm.
The training is hosted by Esther O’Sullivan, founder of Messy Hands, it brings together her experience and knowledge of messy play and teaching in an interactive and practical way.
The main aim of the training is to provide lots of new and exciting messy play ideas which fully support the Aistear curriculum.
Messy Play Training will also examine the benefits of messy play for the children in your care, this can be particularly relevant for children with Special Educational Needs.
You will then get to try out some messy play recipes and ideas which they would work for your children and their environment. The aim is that you will leave feeling excited and confident about doing messy play.
You will receive a certificate of attendance along with a useful recipe book which will include ideas, hints and tips about messy play to take home.
The total cost for the 2 hour training including messy goodies to take home and a recipe book to support you is €45 per person.
